The licence holder must comply at all times with the noise management plan contained in the report by KSG Acoustics as submitted to South Ayrshire Licensing Board and considered by the Board on 12th June 2025. |
Prior to commencement of operations, a level setting shall be carried out in association with Environmental health, to ensure a correlation of on -site levels with off-site levels, to ensure amplified sound complies with Noise Rating curve 30 in the nearest Noise sensitive dwellings, and this level shall be set using an RMS limiter to ensure these levels cannot be exceeded. Sound management hardware and software shall be incorporated to facilitate real time monitoring for compliance with the set level |
The design will incorporate a single in-house PA design including the use of a distributed sound speaker system with highly directional loudspeakers aimed towards the target audience, if sub speakers are used, they should be in a cardiod position, or other effective technology shall be implemented to improve cancellation of low frequencies in targeted off-site locations, no subs shall be permitted on the stage area. |
Acoustic live acts should be restricted to musicians who's instruments can be played and subsequently controlled through the in-house PA system, unless Environmental Health are consulted and agree to the variation |
DJ, Live instrumentalists and acoustic singers may only perform in the outside drinking area from 3pm until 8pm |
Background music may be played in the outside drinking area until 10pm through the agreed sound system |
When the television is in use in the outside drinking area the volume must only be played through the identified speakers |
Pool cues must be kept behind the bar and collected and returned by customers |
All external areas must be fenced off to prevent access to the public |
