Upper Floor
Bar area to remain shuttered if the area is being used mainly by children or young persons.
Children and young persons may be admitted when the bar is open for a function provided they are accompanied by an adult

Adult Entertainment is restricted to the function area on the first floor of the building, and the licence holder must ensure that it cannot be seen from outside. |
Any performers in relation to adult entertainment should change into their costume within the area on the first floor. |
When an event or function containing adult entertainment is taking place on the premises, this should be indicated by signage at the entrance to the first floor and entry to the area should be monitored by a staff member. |
Functions and events containing adult entertainment are restricted to those aged 18 and over. |
Any function containing adult entertainment must be by invitation only; and any event advertised by the premises containing adult entertainment must be by advance ticket sales only, and not available to enter by purchasing a ticket at the door. |
